INDEX CHOPPING BOARDS by Joseph Joseph
This set of 4 color-coded chopping boards is the winner of the 2008 Gift Award in Kitchenware category and was designed by Damian Evans. The main idea of the design is to prevent cross-contamination of various food types. The boards are made of Polypropylene (which makes them
dishwasher safe) and the different colors try to be reminiscent of the food: the Red is for raw meat, the Blue is for fish, the White is for cooked food, and the Green one is for fruits and vegetables. In addition, each board has its own illustrated tab, identifying the type of food it should be used for. The contemporary storage case is made of ABS plastic and has a silicone strip at the base to prevent it from slipping. Board Dimensions: 13 x 9.5 x 2.5 inches.
